What We Do - Prototyping
We produce all types of prototyping to suit the requirements of each individual project. Prototyping is an area of production where experience is of the utmost importance; allowing a component to be made exact to your specification the first time is what we strive to deliver every time.
Technology
We use the latest in CAD/CAM technology; this allows production to be cost effective & flexible especially for low volume components.
Various types of prototyping are produced: machined, fabricated, lasered, sheet material, turned, pressed, or any combination of the above mentioned.
Finish
A variety of finishes are offered, highly experienced engineers and designers will always advise is the best option from these finishes: plated, anodized, powder coated, self coloured or hot dip galvanizing. All finishes are carried out to comply with the relevant ISO conformity. Any other requirements will always be accepted.
